Online
Content | In the research colloquium, students have the opportunity to present and discuss their theses. On the other hand, we will hear lectures by KIT staff members and external guests in order to get an idea of the current state of historical research, its topics and methods, and to discuss them. The research colloquium will take place mostly online, but there may be some face-to-face sessions. Your course work in this context will consist of writing a report of 4-5 pages on one (A-module) or two (B-module) papers of your choice. You may substitute a report by introducing the speaker of a session, introducing his/her talk, and leading the discussion. Details will follow in the first session. If you want to use topics of the research colloquium later for the module final examination, this is also possible. |
