History in the EUKLID program
European Culture and History of Ideas is offered jointly by the Departments of History and Philosophy as both a bachelor's and a master's degree program. In these, content from history and philosophy is combined. Students have the opportunity to set disciplinary emphases. Thus, at the end of the program, the bachelor's or master's thesis is written in either history or philosophy.
For prospective students who would like to focus on history, the elective modules "Political History", "Cultural History of Technology" and "Ideas, Terms, Concepts" offered by the Department of History within the EUKLID program are worth mentioning for a B.A. and M.A. Within these modules, a variety of courses are usually offered lo let students choose among various options.
